Travel frequently for in-person meetings with customers
Work closely with distribution partners to support existing customers and to pursue new opportunities
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Abbot’s Butcher to prospective customers
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback
Work closely with founder to establish successful demand, customer, channel and partner programs
Balance of energy, fearlessness, grit and polish
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently
3+ years in food service sales, including 1+ years in sales management
Key account experience in developing and managing independent restaurants, regional chain restaurants, and hospitality groups
