Warm the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for several minutes, until the onion is slightly tender.
Add the Ground “Beef to the skillet. Break apart and cook for another 3 minutes, until mixture is well combined.
Mix in the tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, chili powder, cumin and vinegar. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a toasted bun and top with sliced pickles and slaw for a zesty crunch.
