TZATZIKI SAUCE

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 1/2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 3 T fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel & finely grate your cucumber & squeeze out the extra juice. Add the cucumber shreds to the yogurt with all other ingredients, and mix until combined. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
