Ingredients

1 package Abbot’s Whole Burger

Extra virgin olive oil, for cooking

2-4 large leaves green leaf lettuce

4 thin slices tomato

4 thin slices red onion

8-10 pickles

2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise

2 burger buns OR use the lettuce as the bun

Description

Wrapped in lettuce or between two buns? We love our Whole Burger because, regardless of which way you choose to enjoy, it’ll be a delicious, nutritious experience—packed with plant protein, superfoods, and flavor.

Method

  1. Cook the burger patties according to the package instructions.

  2. Assemble the burgers. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun. Add lettuce and tomato, then the cooked patty, followed by the onion, tomato, and bun. Alternatively, use the lettuce as the bun and secure with a toothpick. Enjoy!
