Ingredients

1 package Abbot’s Butcher Chopped Chick’n

Jovial Pasta Fusilli

Kalamata olives

Cucumber, sliced

Red onion, thinly sliced

Vegan feta

Mother Raw Greek Dressing (or other store-bought lemon vinaigrette)

Description

Greek Chick’n Pasta Salad is the perfect meal to make when it’s so hot outside, you can’t imagine turning on the oven! A cool, refreshing dish that’s high in protein to keep you fueled, even in the summer heat.

Method

  1. Cook Chick’n according to package instructions set aside to cool.

  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.

  3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except dressing. Then, toss in just enough dressing until evenly coated but not too wet. Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
