Crisp Brussels Caesar Salad

Ingredients

1 bottle Mother Raw Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing

1 package Abbot’s Chopped Chick’n

2 12oz bags shaved brussels sprouts 

1 cup crispy chickpeas (store-bought or homemade)

Description

A good salad is always welcome to break up the richness of a holiday feast. This festive take on a classic Caesar is exceptional as a side, but hearty enough as a full meal.

Method

  1. Place both bags of sprouts in a large serving bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing (add a bit more if it’s too dry, but it shouldn’t be too wet).

  2. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 

  3. Cook Chick’n according to package instructions. 

  4. Toss in the hot Chick’n. Top with chickpeas. Serve immediately.
