Ingredients
1 package Abbot’s Butcher Chopped Chick’n
2 teaspoons Simply Organic Baharat Spice Blend
1 head Bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup sliced radishes
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon vegan honey
Juice of ½ lemon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Description
Lay the Moroccan-spiced Chick’n over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves and crisp radish slices, drizzle with a nutty, slightly sweet sauce, and voilà! An impressive, healthy, and flavorful dinner in under 30 minutes.
Method
Cook the Chick’n according to the package instructions. Add the Baharat Spice Blend and cook 1-2 minutes more to allow the spice to bloom. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, tahini, vegan honey, salt, and pepper.
Lay out leaves of the Bibb lettuce on a plate and top with radishes. Top with cooked Chick’n.
Drizzle with the tahini-honey dressing. Serve immediately.
