Street tacos are an absolute classic. Especially when you make a plant-based version. These simple street tacos pair rich and spicy plant-based “Chorizo” with creamy avocado, freshly chopped onion, and the zing of lime. A delicious, healthy meal in ten minutes - could you ask for anything more?

Method

  1. Cook the “Chorizo” according to its package instructions and set aside.

  2. Char the corn tortillas so they’re still soft and chewy, but have a bit of a blackened edge.

  3. Load the “Chorizo” into the tortillas, then top with onions, avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy!
