1 package of Abbot’s Butcher Spanish Smoked “Chorizo”
Charred corn tortillas
Diced white onions
Diced avocado
Squeeze of lime
Description
Street tacos are an absolute classic. Especially when you make a plant-based version. These simple street tacos pair rich and spicy plant-based “Chorizo” with creamy avocado, freshly chopped onion, and the zing of lime. A delicious, healthy meal in ten minutes - could you ask for anything more?
Method
Cook the “Chorizo” according to its package instructions and set aside.
Char the corn tortillas so they’re still soft and chewy, but have a bit of a blackened edge.
Load the “Chorizo” into the tortillas, then top with onions, avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy!
